A plan is a graph of GitHub issues, NuGet publishes and test-run gates across repositories. Stoat derives what is ready; nobody maintains a status column.

dotnet tool install -g Stoat, then stoat setup in your repository. Every plan, agent and MCP tool is free on its own machine; a server other machines reach is Stoat Team, which is licensed. 0.5.0 is a public preview.
